About Gatwick Sound Photobooth

Lajos, founder of Gatwick Sound Photobooth, a professional photo booth and event entertainment business based in Crawley, West Sussex.

At Gatwick Sound Photobooth, entertainment isn’t just a service — it has been part of my life for over four decades.

My name is Lajos, and I began my journey in 1983 as a club and radio DJ, performing across venues and broadcasts and learning how to read a crowd and create memorable events.

Originally established as Gatwick Sound, the business expanded into professional photo booth hire in 2019. Photo booths quickly became the core of what we offer today, and the business evolved into Gatwick Sound Photobooth.

Since then, we have provided entertainment and photo booth services at hundreds of events, from weddings and private celebrations to large corporate events across London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

Our recent corporate work includes events for major organisations and brands including HSBC, Lloyds Bank, BNP Paribas, Octopus Energy and GS1 UK, as well as events at leading London venues and locations including ExCeL London and the Natural History Museum.

Whether we are working at an intimate wedding or a large corporate event, the goal remains the same: reliable service, high-quality experiences and guests who genuinely enjoy using the booth.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Lajos from Gatwick Sound Photo Booth for our wedding and honestly couldn’t recommend him enough! We booked the Photo Mirror and it was such good value and even better than we expected.

Lajos was brilliant from start to finish — really professional, friendly and completely reliable. He arrived on time, set everything up without any issues and made the whole thing so easy for us. The props were also incredibly well organised and there was such a good selection.

One of the things we really appreciated was that he was putting copies of all the photos into our guest book throughout the evening, so by the end we had an amazing album full of photos and messages from everyone. You also get send an electronic version of the photos which was great and sent very quickly after the event.

The Photo Mirror went down so well with our guests and Lajos and the lady with him were fantastic throughout the evening. I myself absolutely loved it. Such a great addition to our wedding and made the wedding evening better. Thank you so much!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had our company event and we used gatwick sound photo booths. We found them to have very quick responses and everyone loved the magic mirror. The props were excellent and the gentleman running the photobooth on the night was lovely and was all ready and set up when we arrived. They made the evening very stress free. We had the magic mirror from 7pm-11pm however the nicest thing was that he was happy to stay a bit longer for the ones who hadn't used it yet or wanted a second try. Not a pack up dead on the dot kind of company they were very relaxed. Everyone absolutely loved using the magic mirror and the photos came out at very good quality. You also get an online version which is a nice keep sake. We will definitely be using them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lajos, was amazing had everyone up on the dance floor. Took requests from people and played a variety of music genres to cater to the mixture of generations we had at our wedding celebration party.
He also stayed for longer than agreed at a very reasonable price.
Would highly recommend and would definitely use his service again in the future.

Thank you!
