We deliver, set up and fully test the booth before the agreed start time. For hosted bookings, a friendly attendant welcomes guests, helps with group photographs and keeps everything running smoothly. Guests can enjoy unlimited photo sessions during the booked hire, with instant prints included in print-enabled packages. After the wedding, you will also receive an online gallery.

Most wedding setups work best with a clear, level area of around 2.5 × 2.5 metres for the booth, backdrop and guest flow, together with a standard 13A power socket nearby. Some compact setups can work in less space. Please tell us about stairs, narrow corridors, restricted parking or timed room turnarounds so we can coordinate access with your venue.

Standard local wedding packages start from £395. The final price depends on the booth, hire duration, venue location and any optional extras. Your quotation clearly confirms the included service, travel cost and payment schedule before you book.

Yes. Your print design can include your names, wedding date, colours, wording and a layout coordinated with your stationery or wedding theme. Designs can use a single photograph, traditional photo strip or collage format. A supplied monogram or suitable graphic can also be incorporated.

Hosted wedding packages include a professional attendant who helps guests, manages the booth and keeps the area organised. Props can be included, or you can choose a cleaner setup with fewer props to suit a more elegant or editorial wedding style.

Most couples choose three or four hours. Starting after the wedding breakfast and speeches often works well because guests are ready to relax and the evening party is beginning. An earlier start can be useful when evening guests arrive early or some daytime guests will be leaving before the party finishes.

Yes. We hold Public Liability Insurance and our electrical equipment is PAT tested. We can also provide insurance documents, a risk assessment and method statement when requested by your wedding venue.

Digital sharing options depend on the selected booth and the venue’s internet connection. Email, QR code or AirDrop sharing may be available with suitable packages. You will also receive an online gallery after the wedding. At venues with weak signal, live sharing may be delayed until a reliable connection is available.

Print-enabled packages include personalised instant prints during the booked hire. Guests can enjoy unlimited photo sessions, while the print layout and number of copies produced per session depend on the selected package. A wedding guestbook can also be added, with space for guests to attach a photograph and leave a personal message.

Popular Saturdays, summer dates and December celebrations can book well in advance, so securing the booth once your venue and date are confirmed is recommended. A 15% deposit reserves the date, with the remaining balance due seven days before the wedding.
