Can the experience be customised with our branding?
Yes. Branding options can include custom print templates, start screens, digital overlays, animated displays, branded backdrops and campaign-specific visual concepts. The exact options depend on the booth and package selected.
Are instant prints and digital sharing available?
Yes. Most hosted corporate packages can include instant prints alongside digital sharing. Digital-only options are also available for events where speed, compact setup or paper-free delivery is preferred. Sharing methods depend on the selected system and venue connectivity.
How much space and setup time do you need?
Most setups require approximately 2.5 × 2.5 metres, although compact options may need less space. Setup normally takes around 60–90 minutes. We confirm access, loading, power and venue requirements before the event.
Is an attendant included?
A professional attendant is included with our standard hosted corporate packages to operate the booth, assist guests and manage the experience. Unattended or digital-only installations may also be available where appropriate.
Can guest details be collected for marketing?
Consent-based data capture can be included for selected activations. The collection wording, required fields and intended use should be agreed in advance, and the event organiser remains responsible for ensuring that any subsequent marketing use has the appropriate lawful basis and consent.
Can you provide corporate documents such as RAMS and insurance?
Yes. Public Liability Insurance, PAT information and RAMS can be provided when required by the venue or event production team. We can also coordinate loading access and installation requirements directly with the venue.
