What is included with a hosted photo booth package?
Hosted packages include delivery, professional setup, collection and an attendant throughout the booked operating time. Depending on the selected booth and package, this can also include a backdrop, props, personalised instant prints, digital sharing options and an online gallery. Your proposal will clearly confirm everything included before you book.
Can the photographs and screens be personalised?
Yes. Photo designs can include your names, event date, colours, wording, monogram or suitable supplied artwork. Corporate bookings can also include logos, branded overlays and selected on-screen designs. We prepare the artwork before the event and provide a proof where appropriate.
Do guests receive instant prints and digital photographs?
Print-enabled packages include personalised instant prints and unlimited photo sessions during the booked hire. Digital sharing options vary by booth and may include email, QR code or AirDrop where venue connectivity allows. An online gallery can also be supplied after the event.
Can you coordinate directly with our Surrey venue?
Yes. We can confirm access requirements, setup space, power, arrival times and collection arrangements with your venue or event organiser. Public Liability Insurance, PAT information and RAMS can also be supplied when requested.
How do we reserve our event date?
A 15% deposit reserves your confirmed date, with the remaining balance due seven days before the event. You can check availability and book online when you know which package you need, or request a personalised quote for help choosing the right option.
