What is photo booth hire and how does it work?

We deliver and set up the selected photo booth at your venue, personalise the photo design and prepare everything before your guests arrive. Hosted packages include an attendant to assist guests throughout the hire. Depending on the package, guests can receive instant prints, digital images or both. Options include our compact Selfie Pod, Magic Mirror, Retro Mirror, 360 Video Booth and Everybooth ICON.

How much space is needed?

Most setups require approximately 2.5 x 2.5 metres of level, clear space with access to a nearby power socket. Compact Selfie Pod installations may require less room. Indoor locations are preferred, although marquees and suitable sheltered areas can also work when agreed in advance.

How much does photo booth hire cost?

Standard local photo booth packages start from £395. The final price depends on the booth selected, operating time, venue location, branding requirements and any optional extras. Premium corporate, Central London and extended-duration events are quoted individually.

Can the photo design be personalised?

Yes. Hosted packages include a personalised photo template designed around your event colours, theme or branding. Names, dates, monograms and company logos can be included, and you receive a proof to review before the event.

Are props and an attendant included?

Standard hosted packages include a selection of props and a professional attendant who assists guests, manages the booth and keeps the experience running smoothly. Unattended and digital-only Selfie Pod options may also be available for suitable events.

How long can I hire a photo booth for?

Three hours is the most popular hire period for weddings and evening celebrations. Additional hours, extended corporate installations and full-day options can be arranged depending on the event schedule and booth.

Which photo booth is best for weddings?

The Retro Mirror and Magic Mirror are popular for elegant and rustic weddings, while the Everybooth ICON offers a premium wooden design and studio-style portraits. The Selfie Pod is ideal for smaller venues and marquees. Hosted wedding packages include unlimited sessions, personalised photo designs and an attendant.

We had our company event and we used gatwick sound photo booths. We found them to have very quick responses and everyone loved the magic mirror. The props were excellent and the gentleman running the photobooth on the night was lovely and was all ready and set up when we arrived. They made the evening very stress free. We had the magic mirror from 7pm-11pm however the nicest thing was that he was happy to stay a bit longer for the ones who hadn't used it yet or wanted a second try. Not a pack up dead on the dot kind of company they were very relaxed. Everyone absolutely loved using the magic mirror and the photos came out at very good quality. You also get an online version which is a nice keep sake. We will definitely be using them again.
