Are instant photo prints included?
Yes. Instant photo prints are included in the standard hosted package, giving guests a keepsake to take home. Your quotation will confirm the print format and the number of copies provided per session.
Do we receive digital copies of the photographs?
Yes. An online gallery is included in the standard package so you can revisit the photographs after your event. If you need a specific on-the-day digital sharing method, please ask before booking so we can confirm whether it is available for your setup.
How much space does the Retro Mirror need?
We recommend a clear area of approximately 2.5 × 2.5 metres for the mirror, backdrop and guest posing space together. A smaller setup without a backdrop may be possible, depending on the venue layout. A standard 13A power socket is required nearby. Send us a photo or dimensions of your proposed space if you are unsure.
How long does the Retro Mirror take to set up?
Setup normally takes around 60 minutes, depending on parking, venue access, loading distance and the selected backdrop. We agree access and setup timings in advance so the booth can be prepared and tested before the booked operating time. Please tell us before booking if the access route includes steps, stairs or a lift.
Are props and a backdrop included?
Props and available backdrops can be arranged for your event. Your quotation will confirm the selected styling, what is included and any additional cost. A setup without a backdrop may also work where space is limited or the venue has a suitable feature wall.

A 15% deposit reserves your confirmed date, with the remaining balance due seven days before the event. You can check availability and book online or request a personalised quote for a tailored package or help with your venue.
