Most wedding setups need a clear, level area of roughly 2–3 metres for the booth, backdrop and a small prop table, plus a standard 13A power socket nearby. If access involves stairs, tight corridors, or timed room turnarounds, tell us in advance and we’ll coordinate load-in with your venue.

Pricing depends on your date, venue location, booth choice and hire duration. Most couples book 3–4 hours for the reception party, with options to extend or add idle time around speeches. Every quote includes delivery, setup and dismantle, an on-site host, prints, and your digital gallery—no hidden surprises.

Yes. We can match your stationery style with names, date, colours and layout (single photo, strip or collage). If you have a monogram or logo we can include it, and we’ll keep the design elegant so the prints feel like a keepsake—not an afterthought.

Every wedding booking includes a professional host to welcome guests, guide group shots and keep the flow smooth. Props can be included (or kept minimal for a cleaner, editorial look) and we’ll keep the booth area tidy throughout the night.

Most couples choose 3–4 hours. A great start time is after the meal and speeches—when the room opens up and the party energy begins. If you have guests leaving early, we can start sooner so everyone gets their moments captured.

We regularly provide wedding photo booth hire across London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent, coordinating directly with venues on access, parking and timings. If your venue is further afield, send the date and location and we’ll confirm availability and any travel cost upfront.

Yes—Public Liability Insurance is in place and equipment is PAT tested. If your venue needs paperwork, we can also provide risk assessments and method statements on request.

Yes. Digital sharing options depend on the booth and venue connectivity (QR/email/AirDrop where available). After the wedding you’ll receive a private online gallery for downloading and sharing. If signal is patchy on the night, files are safely queued and uploaded once connection returns.

Printing is included on a fair-use basis to keep the booth flowing and make sure everyone gets a print. For groups we can run duplicate strips or extra copies as needed. A wedding guestbook add-on is available—we supply the book, pens and adhesive so guests can leave messages alongside their photo.

Popular Saturdays (especially summer and December) book up early, so many couples secure their date 6–12 months ahead. We reserve your date with a deposit, then finalise the template, timings and any extras closer to the wedding.
