We found them to have very quick responses and everyone loved the magic mirror. The props were excellent and the gentleman running the photobooth on the night was lovely and was all ready and set up when we arrived. They made the evening very stress free. We had the magic mirror from 7pm-11pm however the nicest thing was that he was happy to stay a bit longer for the ones who hadn't used it yet or wanted a second try. Not a pack up dead on the dot kind of company they were very relaxed. Everyone absolutely loved using the magic mirror and the photos came out at very good quality. They replied swiftly to all my questions ahead of the event and couldn't have been more helpful.    On the night they were amazingly efficient, friendly and good fun.   There were plenty of photos for the guests and the printing worked smoothly and instantly.  It was an 18th for my daughter and selfie pod was one of the highlights of the party    I absolutely recommend.
